The importance of a Kirby service

Since the existence of Kirby (1914) it has been proven that a Kirby can last for decades. Beside the 3 year (standard) limited factory warranty it is important that a Kirby is serviced once in a while to guarantee this long life. Technical parts wear out through use. We therefore advise you to have your Kirby serviced at least once every 3 to 5 years. (This depends on the use)

The costs of a Kirby service

Because the time that is needed to carry out a complete service can differ somewhat per Kirby and we still want to inform you as well as possible about the costs, we carry out a complete Kirby service for one fixed amount.

Call-out and start-up charges per address; €27.50 incl. VAT.
Labour costs for performing a complete service; €72,50 incl. VAT.

Useful to know

  • A complete Kirby maintenance takes about 1 to 1.5 hours and takes place at your home, garage or shed.
  • A service report is drawn up for each service.
  • Payments can be made in cash or by mobile PIN at the technician's office.
  • We send a mechanic and not a salesman who tries to exchange your Kirby for a new one.

Important notice:

Are you constantly being called by telephone operators with offers for very cheap or sometimes even free servicing? Special discounts just for you? Because we happen to be in your area tomorrow? Or other excuses? These are mostly the official Kirby dealers who are out to exchange the Kirby for a new one or else present you with high repair bills. They often send intrusive employees. So beware of this!
