Who are we?

Everything our company does today is and is thought from the need, interest and wishes of the customer. We are transparent and we are a reliable partner. This is characterized by clear price indications and extensive information on our website. In addition, we can always be found on the Internet. As a result, we do not have to search for you and you can purchase your supplies entirely independently 24/7 via our webshop. If you still need us in person, you can contact us and we will offer you a personal service. All these points are what has made us distinctive and unique. And this is why many thousands of Kirby vacuum cleaner owners are now happy to be our customers. And we are proud of that! Because they have made what you see and read possible.

Where do we come from?

Kirbyservice.eu originated from knowledge and expertise that goes back to the year 1994. What once started for the founder and also full time employee as a side job as a surveyor at Kirby and later working as a freelance Kirby salesman/demonstrator at one of the more than 40 Kirby offices in the Netherlands, in 2005 the idea arose to be the first in the Netherlands to open a webshop with everything for the Kirby vacuum cleaner. This with the aim of informing potential clients via the Internet and being able to provide existing clients with a better service. As with many companies and webshops the first ideas came to fruition in our attic.

What do we do now?

A major change took place in 2010. Then we moved to larger premises with office space, showroom, workshop and a warehouse, located in an industrial area. We purchase on a completely independent basis and work according to our own goals and ideas. This way we can serve our customers better, faster and more professionally from a Dutch mentality and we are able to show that you are dealing with a serious company. We can supply everything you can think of with regard to the Kirby vacuum cleaner. No other provider of Kirby vacuum cleaners in the Netherlands offers such a comprehensive package of services and service as we do!

Where do we want to go?

If you are not already..., we would like to have you as a customer! We want to be unique and would like you to consciously choose us. We want to be your total supplier for your Kirby vacuum cleaner! Your patronage allows us to continue to improve, increase service levels and keep prices competitive. We want to be the best and most service-oriented company in the Netherlands in the field of servicing Kirby vacuum cleaners. And you play the most important role in this! We have, after launching our first webshop in 2006, completely renewed our webshop in 2014, expanded considerably and made it even more customer-friendly.
